The Opportunity


Civmec are currently seeking an experienced Technical Clerk to join our project team, based in Kemerton, South West, W.A

This role is based in the South West, W.A region on a 5:2 Monday to Friday Roster and is open to local or DIDO candidates with a LAFHA allowances for qualifying candidates.

Duties and Responsibilities


  • Provide administration support to the onsite Engineering & Quality team
  • Data entry and maintenance of technical registers
  • Perform filing duties for projects, tenders and corporate documentation
  • Provide document control of drawings, specifications and transmittals
  • Provide accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports as directed
  • Printing and scanning of required documents
  • With guidance, ensuring all Quality Records are progressively completed and signed off in accordance with schedules 
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of corporate and project specific documentation 
  • Perform work in accordance with the Quality Assurance management systems, procedures and work instructions.
  • Present neat documentation, correspondence and records as requested
  • Perform other general duties that may be necessary to suit operational requirements as directed

About You


  • Demonstrated experience in a Project/Site based Administration role
  • Previous exposure to Documental Control and/or Quality Administration
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team environment as well as independently
  • Valid Driver’s Licence
  • Construction White/Blue Card
