  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with project team members.
  • Provide comprehensive HR advice and support to employees, staff and managers.
  • Advise on employee relations matters such as interpretation of agreement terms, performance management, and counselling / disciplinary matters.
  • Conduct labour cost analyses.
  • Prepare ER/IR reports in accordance with project and client requirements.
  • Offer advice on tendering activities as required.
  • Coordinate Union Right of Entry visits and manage industrial relations risks.

About You

  • Experience within the resources industry is preferred
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with stakeholders at all levels
  • Exceptional time management skills coupled with a self-starter attitude
  • Solution orientated and eager to make a difference
