The Role

  • Assist operational/site teams in complying with the HSE Management system.
  • Compile and issue HSE based reports (incident reports, trends analysis).
  • Provide essential support to corporate and project teams, ensuring the safe delivery of work activities and compliance with Civmec’s health, safety, and environmental management system.
  • Communicate HSE requirements to project/corporate teams.
  • Support risk identification and management processes to ensure risk of work activities is reduced to an ALARP.
  • Conduct incident investigations and issue findings to project team and management teams as required.

 

About You

To be successful in the role you will possess the following:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position (minimum).
  • Cert IV OH&S (minimum) and a First Aid Qualification.
  • Minimum intermediate level across the Microsoft office suite of programs
  • Previous experience within HSE databases
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a range of key stakeholders.
  • Experience with incident investigation methodologies (e.g., ICAM, Taproot).
