You will partner with Hiring Managers, working closely to understand their hiring needs and providing expert advice and guidance throughout the recruitment process. Your expertise will ensure candidates have a seamless experience, positively impacting their onboarding into our business. We are a people-focused business, and while we execute large projects, we maintain a personable business feel. The Role
- Advertising and managing role specific talent pools.
- Candidate management through the recruitment process
- Ongoing communication and engagement with key stakeholders
- Compliance to the business’s recruitment process
- Development of role specific sourcing strategies
About You
To be successful in the role you will possess the following:
- Possess experience with applicant tracking software and management of the recruitment and onboarding life cycle
- Demonstrated previous experience with high volume white collar or blue collar recruitment within similar construction or mining and resources industries
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with stakeholders at all levels
- Exceptional time management skills coupled with a self-starter attitude and high attention to detail
- Knowledge of industry
