We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented professional with a passion for completions and commissioning management, with our Balance Machines area. You will also enjoy working in and contributing to a culture that fosters diversity, continuous leadership, learning and development.

The role will be based Perth at our Henderson or CBD offices (occasional site visits may be required), working on a variety of projects within the Balance Machines Material Handling sector supporting completion and commissioning functions.

 

 The Role

  • Execute and continuously improve project completions and commissioning processes and procedures.
  • Set up, administer, and maintain both Company and Client CCMS platforms.
  • Coordinate and validate project deliverables including ITRs, certifications, punch lists, and contractor data imports.
  • Maintain data integrity through Management of Change processes and regular audits.
  • Assist with systemisation, tag imports, and assignment of ITRs and certificates within CCMS.
  • Track and report handover package status to ensure timely progress aligned with project schedules.
  • Provide training, support, and troubleshooting for CCMS users and manage digital ITRs via tablets.

 

About You 

  • Relevant trade or tertiary qualifications in engineering or related disciplines, with 3+ years’ CCMS administration experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge across commissioning processes and disciplines including electrical, mechanical, process, and maintenance.
  • Proficient in CCMS platforms such as Smart Completions or Omega PIMS 365, and familiar with EDMS tools like Aconex and TeamBinder.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and digital tools (iOS/Android tablets), with sound computer literacy.
  • Demonstrates initiative, adaptability, and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement and governance.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in team environments, especially on remote site facilities and high-performance project teams.
