We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to oversee and drive the successful delivery of Perth Park - WA’s premier entertainment and sporting precinct. The Role

  • Reviewing and managing contracts, templates, and project-specific agreements.
  • Leading contract administration and attending site meetings.
  • Advising on delays, extensions of time, subcontractor and supplier agreements.
  • Preparing and issuing contractual notices within required timeframes.
  • Maintaining registers for delays, extensions, and payment conditions.
  • Identifying and reporting risks, breaches, or special circumstances to clients.
  • Liaising with subcontractors to confirm insurance and legal compliance.
  • Managing procurement processes and documentation to ensure compliance with Procurement Management Plans.
  • Reviewing and evaluating tender documentation.
  • Drafting and negotiating supplier and subcontractor contracts.
  • Producing clear reports and records for stakeholders.
  • Supporting operational requirements as directed.

 

About You

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator in construction (or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of contracts, compliance, and legislation.
  • Skilled in negotiation, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to support project success.
