As a Training Coordinator at Civmec, you will play a key role in supporting workforce capability across our large-scale construction, fabrication, and maintenance projects. You’ll ensure employees have the skills, certifications, and development pathways required to meet project, client, and regulatory expectations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and is passionate about building a strong, safety‑focused workforce.


 

The Role

•    Schedule internal and external training sessions, assessments, and refresher courses.
•    Ensure compliance with industry standards, client requirements, and Civmec procedures.
•    Support mobilisation processes by ensuring personnel meet project specific training requirements.
•    Communicate training schedules, outcomes, and requirements to employees and leaders
•    Identify opportunities to streamline training processes and improve record keeping systems.
•    Support the rollout of new training initiatives, systems, and technologies.
•    Represent Civmec at expos, career fairs and site tours enhancing our brand.

 

About You

To be successful in the role you will possess the following:
