Civmec presents a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic Recruitment Officer to join our Henderson team. In this fast-paced role, you will coordinate personnel movements, ensuring seamless compliance with project requirements and industry regulations. Your ability to maintain effective communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders will be key to driving successful mobilisations.

 

The Role

  • Manage mobilisation processes, ensuring timely deployment of personnel
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and site access for all personnel.
  • Ensure 100% compliance is met for every project
  • Book training and inductions
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external vendors to align mobilisation needs
  • Maintain accurate records of mobilisation activities in systems and trackers.
  • Roster: Monday to Friday

 

About You

To be successful in the role you will possess the following:

  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in onboarding software such as Success Factors, ISNetwork, Avetta/Pegasus, Enable, INX, SitePass
