The Role

As the Recruitment Officer, you will play an integral part in ensuring every Civmec team member is fully verified and compliant, ensuring we keep our workforce safe, prepared, and ready to shine. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the mobilisation process, making sure everyone gets where they need to be on time
  • Coordinate all the travel, accommodation, and site access details so our people are set up for success
  • Champion 100% compliance across every project 
  • Work alongside our RTO to coordinate the required training and verifications to ensure everyone arrives to site with the necessary requirements
  • Support our internal teams, clients, and external vendors to keep mobilisation needs aligned and stress‑free
  • Keep our systems and trackers up to date with accurate mobilisation records
  • Enjoy a steady Monday–Friday roster that lets you plan your weekends with ease

About You

To be successful and thrive in this role, you will ideally possess the following: 

  • Demonstrated experience in managing high volume mobilisations ideally with experience with Tier 1 clients
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to juggle tasks with confidence
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills, with a natural ability to collaborate and trouble-shoot solutions
  • Comfortable working to deadlines and thriving in a fast‑paced environment where no two days feel the same
  • Confident using onboarding and compliance platforms such as SuccessFactors, Avetta/Pegasus, Enable, INX, and SitePass.
