Join the team that keeps Civmec moving! We're looking for a proactive and passionate Recruitment Officer to become part of our vibrant Henderson office. Offering an 8/6 roster,you'll play a vital role in coordinating personnel movements, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time to support our exciting projects.

Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you'll use your exceptional people skills to create smooth, efficient, and hassle-free mobilisations. The Role

As our Recruitment Officer, you'll be one of the driving forces behind keeping Civmec's workforce site-ready, compliant, and set up for success. You'll play a key role in ensuring every team member is verified, prepared, and ready to hit the ground running, helping keep our projects moving safely and efficiently.

In this exciting role, you'll:

  • Take ownership of the mobilisation process, ensuring our people are in the right place at the right time
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, and site access arrangements so every mobilisation runs seamlessly
  • Champion compliance across our projects, making sure workforce requirements are met every step of the way
  • Partner with our RTO to coordinate training, qualifications, and verifications, ensuring employees are fully site-ready before departure
  • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external service providers to deliver a smooth and stress-free mobilisation experience
  • Keep our systems and trackers accurate and up to date, providing reliable mobilisation records and workforce visibility
  • Enjoy a regular 8/6 roster, giving you the work-life balance you want.

About You

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves working with people, and takes pride in delivering a seamless mobilisation experience. If you're highly organised, solutions-focused, and ready to hit the ground running, you'll be right at home in our team.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

  • Proven experience managing high-volume mobilisations, ideally supporting Tier 1 clients and complex workforce requirements
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities while keeping everything on track
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative approach and a knack for finding practical solutions
  • The ability to thrive under pressure, meet deadlines, and stay energised in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same
  • Confidence navigating onboarding and compliance systems such as SuccessFactors, Avetta/Pegasus, Enable and INX.

Most importantly, you'll be a proactive team player who enjoys building relationships, creating positive experiences, and making a real impact behind the scenes to keep our projects moving.
