We are seeking an experienced General Superintendent to lead site delivery for Perth Park – WA’s premier entertainment and sporting precinct. This role will oversee critical construction packages including earthworks, ground improvement, piling, pavements, and building structures, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution.

The Role

  • Direct and supervise all site construction activities across earthworks, piling, pavements, and building works.
  • Coordinate superintendents, supervisors, and subcontractors to achieve schedule, budget, and productivity targets.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and industrial relations requirements across all work fronts.
  • Monitor progress and resource allocation to optimise daily performance.
  • Maintain strong communication with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Champion innovation and best-practice construction methods, embedding efficiency and accountability.

About You

To be successful in the role you will possess the following:

  • 10+ years’ experience in senior site leadership roles on major civil and infrastructure projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in earthworks, ground improvement, piling, pavements, and building construction.
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex teams and subcontractors.
  • Strong understanding of project execution, scheduling, and resource management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide diverse teams.
  • Relevant trade or tertiary qualifications in construction or engineering.
