Civmec’s Sodium Cyanide Expansion Project in Kwinana is officially underway. We’re operating Monday to Friday, with potential for night shift work, and we’re looking for experienced Supervisors to join our high-performing team.

The Role
The responsibilities include:
- Oversee the safe and efficient execution of scaffolding, structural, mechanical, piping, or rigging activities on site
- Coordinate and supervise assigned project tasks across multiple disciplines
- Review and process material take-offs to support project delivery
- Liaise with client representatives to address technical queries
- Prepare and review documentation to support work execution and compliance
- Support the development of as-built documentation, particularly for piping and structural installations
- Organise and manage project testing and inspection requirements
- Compile weekly progress reports and maintain accurate daily and monthly reporting
- Update project schedules and timelines as needed
- Ensure completion of field inspection checklists in collaboration with client representatives
- Apply quality control procedures and uphold company standards for assurance
- Maintain clear and professional documentation, correspondence, and records
- Perform general supervisory duties as required to meet operational needs
About You
To be successful in the role you will possess the following:
- Tertiary qualifications in mechanical engineering or related trade
- Working at heights and Confined Space
- S26 Certificate
- White Card
- Minimum five (5) years' experience in a similar role
- Proficient knowledge in MS Office suite
- Demonstrated experience working in the construction, mining and resource industries on large scale projects
