Based at our Henderson Training Facility this role supports our national operations ensuring our workforce have the skills and knowledge to operate safely, efficiently, and professionally.
Unleash your potential to help others be the safest they can be and take up the reigns of this exciting role with Civmec. Working within our dedicated and dynamic training team you will deliver quality training and assessment sessions at our Henderson facility and regional and remote worksites.
The Role
We are seeking a trainer and assessor with industry currency to deliver
- Working at Heights, Confined Space, Gas Testing, Fire Attack, First Aid, LVR
- Mobile Plant UOC’s & VOC
- WP, LF, RB VOC’s (High Risk Assessor desirable, but not essential)
- Statutory UOC’s (S26)
About You
To be successful in the role you will have a passion for training and assessment with a flair for engagement in developing relationships and networks both internally and externally.
In addition, you will possess:
- TAE40116 or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or enrolled to complete TAE40122)
- CPCCWHS1001 Prepare to work safely in the construction industry (White Card)
- Experience working or training in either the construction, manufacturing, mining or defence sectors
