In this role, you’ll manage the end‑to‑end visa process for our existing and new international workforce, ensuring compliance, continuity, and a seamless experience as they continue their journey with the business.
The Role
- Deal effectively with new and existing employees throughout the visa process.
- Provide timely, commercially focused visa advice to the business.
- Prepare, check and lodge visa applications.
- Meet deadlines with regards to preparation and lodgement of visa applications
- Research & present all visa options for the applicable countries.
- Liaising with employees, skill assessing agencies, hiring managers and immigration departments
- Maintaining and reporting on all Visa timeframes & requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive visa registers capturing key data including visa types, expiry dates, associated costs, conditions and compliance requirements.
- Monitor visa expiry dates and provide the business with timely reminders and reports to support renewals and workforce planning, including notifying immigration when employment ends.
- Coordinate with Payroll on any visa‑related cost deductions or reimbursement requirements.
- Liaise with external migration agents and act as the main contact for any outsourced or complex visa matters.
About You
- Demonstrated experience in visa lodgement or a similar administrative role
- Strong understanding of end‑to‑end visa application processes
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive self‑starter with a positive, solution‑focused approach
- Able to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Skilled in researching, presenting, and implementing visa requirements, processes, and execution for various global regions
