Are you an experienced Electrical Supervisor looking for a new challenge in a dynamic FIFO project? We're seeking a skilled individual to join our team and play a key role in the electrical operations at the Covalent Lithium Refinery in Kwinana.

The Role

  • Oversee electrical maintenance and installation activities at the refinery.
  • Lead a team of electricians to ensure the efficient operation of electrical systems and equipment.
  • Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.

About You

To be successful in the role you will possess the following:

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor in industrial settings, preferably in the mining or refining industry.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Commitment to safety and quality excellence.
  • White card. 
  • Electrical Licence.
