Civmec is delivering a major SMPE&I package at the Eneabba Rare Earths Facility, Australia’s first fully integrated plant for producing separated rare earth oxides. This nationally significant project includes structural, mechanical, piping, electrical and instrumentation installation, along with off site fabrication and major switch room and equipment works.

We are seeking experienced Electrical Supervisors to support field execution across our electrical and instrumentation scope. In these roles, you will plan and coordinate daily activities, lead work crews, drive safety excellence, maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with all project and statutory requirements. These positions play a key part in delivering safe, efficient and high quality outcomes on one of WA’s most important resources projects.

The Role

  • Lead safe execution of all electrical works, ensuring full compliance with legislation, HSE plans and Civmec procedures.
  • Plan and forecast labour, materials, equipment and testing needs to support efficient work sequencing.
  • Supervise and direct electrical crews to meet schedule, productivity and budget targets.
  • Maintain high-quality standards through inspections, ITP compliance and accurate documentation.
  • Complete daily reporting including timesheets, diaries, progress updates and dayworks.
  • Resolve technical queries, ensure adherence to specifications and manage red-line mark‑ups/as‑builts.
  • Build strong working relationships across HSE, Quality, Engineering and other project teams.
  • Champion Civmec’s values by promoting safety, collaboration, innovation and a high‑performance culture.

About You

To be successful in the role you will possess the following:

  • WA Electrical Workers Licence
  • WA Nominees Course
  • White Card
  • Valid Driver’s Licence
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in electrical supervision within construction, mining or oil & gas
  • Strong planning, resource management and leadership capability
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
