Civmec is seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join our team on the Eneabba Project. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for a supervisor who enjoys being on the ground, leading crews, and delivering civil works safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
You’ll be responsible for planning and controlling construction activities within your work area, ensuring works are completed in line with safety, quality, schedule, and budget requirements.

The Role

  • Supervise civil works to ensure schedule, productivity, and budget targets are met
  • Understand allocated manhours and manage crews to achieve productivity goals
  • Monitor daily progress and proactively address constraints
  • Lead by example and ensure all works are completed safely and in compliance with legislation, company procedures, and the Project HSE Plan
  • Conduct daily pre-starts, toolbox talks, and workplace inspections
  • Identify, assess, and control hazards using JHAs, SWPs, Take 5s, and risk assessments
  • Plan and sequence works within your allocated area
  • Forecast labour, plant, equipment, and material requirements
  • Coordinate with schedulers, engineers, and other supervisors

About You

To be successful in the role you will possess the following:

  • White Card
  • Recognised Australian Trade Qualification
  • Valid Driver’s Licence
  • Working at Heights & Confined Space certification
  • High Risk Licences (Dogging, Basic Rigging, EWP)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil construction supervision
  • Strong background in project planning and resource management
  • Experience in mining, resources, or heavy construction environments
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
