The Opportunity

Civmec are currently seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our team. This role will be working on a FIFO 2:1 roster on an exciting new project.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare weekly time sheets and submit to payroll
  • Data entry and maintain correspondence registers
  • Coordinate site inductions
  • Compile weekly reports
  • Organise travel and accommodation bookings, registers and reports
  • Coordinate training and inductions for new personnel on site
  • Mobilise and demobilise all personnel arriving to and leaving from site
  • Maintain and manage the operational assets register
  • Ensure maintenance and upgrade of project data and statistics
  • Provide document control of drawings, specifications and transmittals
  • Accumulate and manage day work records and registers for site
  • Ensure maintenance of inspection and testing documentation
  • Prepare documentation and word processing
  • File documents and ensure accurate records management
  • Maintain stationery stock
  • Manage site purchase order system including reconciling invoices to purchase orders
  • Perform other general duties that may be necessary to suit operational requirements as directed

About You

  • Previous demonstrated experience as a Site Administrator
  • Previous FIFO experience (ideally working a 2:1 roster)
  • Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced working environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Time management skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite basic
