We are seeking an experienced Project Administrator to oversee and drive the successful delivery of Perth Park - WA’s premier entertainment and sporting precinct. This is a rare opportunity to make a meaningful impact at scale, contributing to the successful completion of a project that will shape Western Australia’s future. You will be part of a collaborative team committed to innovation, safety, and leaving a lasting legacy for the community and industry.

The Role

  • Provide general administrative and project support.
  • Prepare timesheets and maintain rosters/register.
  • Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports.
  • Manage diaries, meeting minutes and presentations.
  • Maintain organisational charts and project documentation.
  • Support cost control, invoicing, MR creation and expenses.
  • Manage purchase orders and invoice reconciliation.
  • Assist procurement, logistics and engineering teams.
  • Maintain data registers and quality documentation.
  • Coordinate inductions and support onboarding.
  • Oversee filing, records management and office supplies.
  • Perform general operational duties as required.

 

About You

To be successful in the role you will possess the following:

  • Previous experience in project administration within construction, infrastructure, or large-scale projects.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management systems.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Knowledge of cost control processes, invoicing, and procurement practices.
  • A commitment to safety, compliance, and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Adaptability and resilience to meet changing project demands.
