Civmec is currently seeking an experienced Site Administrator on the BHP Bucket Wheel Reclaimer Upgrade project, delivering critical work across a leading mining operation. Bring your skills, safety focus and team mindset and gain consistent work, strong support, and a crew that values your contribution. Ability to move on to another major project upon successful completion. 

The Role

  • Maintain project documentation, records and reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate workforce logistics and site-based communications.
  • Contribute to safe and efficient project delivery outcomes.
  • Support efficient project delivery through accurate administration.

About You

To be successful in the role you will possess the following:

  • Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in a Site Administrator or similar project support role.
  • Experience providing administrative support within a construction, mining, or industrial environment.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and project documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to work.
