The Opportunity

Civmec are currently taking applications for Graduate HSE Advisors to join our Civmec HSE Graduate Program throughout 2021 & 2022.

Our program is 2 years which will involved several rotations through-out the business. Rotations will include a mixture of Perth based and FIFO 2:1 rosters.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Complete inspections in accordance with site specific HSE management systems
  • Implement new HSE initiatives when issued.
  • Compile and issue HSE based reports (incident reports, trends analysis)
  • Communicate HSE requirements to project/corporate teams
  • Support risk identification and management processes to ensure risk of work activities is reduced to a ALARP
  • Develop and issue pre-start minutes, tool box minutes and other communications

About You


  • Tertiary qualification in HSE or equivalent 
  • Recent university graduate 
  • Minimum intermediate level across the Microsoft office suite of programs
  • Previous experience within HSE databases
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a range of key stakeholders
  • Incident investigation experience (eg ICAM, Taproot)


  • Masters in HSE or equivalent 
  • 12 months + in a similar role 
  • Internal auditing
