Civmec is currently seeking an experienced HSE Advisor on the BHP Bucket Wheel Reclaimer Upgrade project, delivering critical work across a leading mining operation. Bring your skills, safety focus and team mindset and gain consistent work, strong support, and a crew that values your contribution. Ability to move on to another major project upon successful completion. 

The Role

  • Support safe execution of critical upgrade activities.
  • Monitor compliance with site safety and environmental standards.
  • Conduct inspections, audits and risk management activities.
  • Promote a proactive safety culture across all project teams.

About You

To be successful in the role you will possess the following:

  • Certificate IV in OHS or equivalent
  • BHP experience desireable
  • Previous construction site experience.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Provide and accept feedback in relation to role requirements, duties and results
  • Engage confidently and openly with team members, colleagues and clients
