Civmec is proud to be delivering the Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical & Instrumentation scopes for Fortescue’s pioneering Green Iron Project, located near Christmas Creek in the Pilbara.

This landmark initiative is central to Fortescue’s strategy to decarbonise steel production using hydrogen—placing our team at the forefront of building a truly sustainable industry.

Join our team as a Completions Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Quality Team whilst ensuring all administrative tasks are performed efficiently and effectively. 

  • 2:1 FIFO roster
  • Dayshift

The Role

  • Configuration of test pack requests for ITRs and review of Asset Type relationships, Punchlist Categories, Work Packages.
  • Generation of Inspection tasks for field completion activities.
  • Expediting Completion of ITRs and closure of punch items.
  • Support project team in the collation of completions documentation for handover Dossiers and project MDRs.
  • Ensure QAQC records are progressively completed and signed off in accordance with schedule.

About You

To be successful in the role you will possess the following:

  • Experience in a Completions / Commissioning System related role – Preferably in the construction / completions sector.
  • Knowledge of project quality, completions, and commissioning systems.
  • Experience in compilation of project MDR’s.
  • Have strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to overcome challenges autonomously.
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads.
