Civmec is excited to announce that we have been awarded a Concrete and Field Erect Tanks Package, which is a civil scope of works that will kick off in May 2025 with project completion scheduled for early 2026. The scope includes excavating, formworks, reinforcement, final trim and back fill.
This project is based in the Mid-Western Region of W.A and offers a 2:1 roster to all personnel, offering better work-life balance to our employees. Transportation to and from site is provided from Perth Airport.
We are currently sourcing Site based Civil Project Engineers who are experienced with concrete and detailed earthworks.

The Role
The Civil Engineers are key members of our Project Delivery Team managing project scope, client interaction and involved in all aspects of project execution including construction, quality, commercial and management activities.
- Conducting pre pour/post pour inspection, ensuring design criteria is met.
- Timely procurement of all necessary materials required to service project delivery.
- Liaising with supervision daily to ensure project delivery as per schedule.
- Submission of Technical Queries and maintaining register.
- Progressively maintaining all QA records for Client review and MDR submission.
- Take timely corrective action to address any issued non-conformances and maintain company standards.

About You
To be successful in the role you will possess the following:
- Tertiary qualifications in structural, civil engineering or construction management
- Previous project experience with Civil projects
- Concrete, Formwork, reinforcement and machinery knowledge is essential to be successful in this position
- Proficient knowledge in MS Office suite and Autocad
- Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
