Duties and Responsibilities
- Process material take-offs
- Liaise with client representatives regarding technical queries, inspections, project scheduling and coordinating deliveries
- Arrange method statements
- Compose weekly progress reports
- Update schedules as required
- Ensure relevant field inspection checklists are completed and signed in conjunction with client representatives
- Understand and implement quality control techniques
- Maintain company standards for Quality Assurance purposes
- Present neat documentation, correspondence and records as requested
- Perform other general duties that may be necessary to suit operational requirements as directed
About You
Essential
- Tertiary qualifications in engineering
- Proficient knowledge in MS Office suite
- Will have a positive, "can-do” attitude along with a willingness and ability to pick things up quickly.
- Will also be well presented, have a high attention to detail,
Preferred
- Previous work experience in the industry
- Demonstrate first class communication and people skills
