Duties and Responsibilities

• Process material take-offs
• Liaise with client representatives regarding technical queries, inspections, project scheduling and coordinating deliveries
• Arrange method statements
• Compose weekly progress reports
• Update schedules as required
• Ensure relevant field inspection checklists are completed and signed in conjunction with client representatives
• Understand and implement quality control techniques
• Maintain company standards for Quality Assurance purposes
• Present neat documentation, correspondence and records as requested
• Perform other general duties that may be necessary to suit operational requirements as directed

About You

Essential

• Tertiary qualifications in engineering
• Proficient knowledge in MS Office suite
• Will have a positive, "can-do” attitude along with a willingness and ability to pick things up quickly.
•  Will also be well presented, have a high attention to detail,

Preferred

• Previous work experience in the industry
• Demonstrate first class communication and people skills
