Join the Civmec Team 

We are currently seeking HSE Advisors to join our Construction Team for ongoing long-term work based across multiple sites in the Pilbara and South-West regions.

 

The Role

  • Assist operational/site teams in complying with the HSE Management system.
  • Compile and issue HSE based reports (incident reports, trends analysis) 
  • Communicate HSE requirements to project/corporate teams.
  • Support risk identification and management processes to ensure risk of work activities is reduced to an ALARP.
  • Conduct incident investigations and issue findings to project team and management teams as required.

 

About You

 

To be successful in the role you will possess the following:

  • Relevant degree plus 3 years’ experience in a similar position or 5 years' relevant experience 
  • Available and interested in short term/ongoing assignments.
  • Minimum intermediate level across the Microsoft office suite of programs
  • Previous experience within HSE databases
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a range of key stakeholders.
