The Opportunity
Civmec are currently seeking a Serviceperson Mechanic to join our ever-growing team, within the Construction Division and Shutdown Divisions with FIFO and DIDO available.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Experience with heavy diesel fitting including classified plant (EWPs, Scissor lifts, cranes)
- Background in auto electrical works beneficial
- Servicing of all plant required
- Previous experience in FIFO preferred
About You
- Australian Recognised Trade Certificate in Diesel Mechanic/Automotive Technician/Mechanical Fitting
- Nationally recognised Construction Safety Awareness Card
- 2-3 Years experience in a similar role within the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of vehicle diagnostic equipment and mechanical systems
- Strong attention to detail with an aptitude for problem-solving
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Physically fit
- Hold current drivers’ licence

This role is paid in accordance with the applicable Enterprise Agreement. The hourly rate commences at $44.79.
