The Opportunity

We are looking for a candidate who is wanting to work within a supportive and friendly Payroll team and will value the opportunity to participate in the future growth of this dynamic, diversified Company.
You will be trained and developed within this role and receive the opportunity to further develop your skills with formal accredited training programs.
 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the timely processing of Project timesheets
  • Ensure employee information is kept accurate within SAP/Success Factors 
  • Assist in all aspects of payroll processing
  • Assist in payments of superannuation, payroll tax, PAYG withholding, Child support
  • Provide advice and assistance to staff and employees relating to payroll matters

About You

  • Previous experience in a Payroll or Site Admin position will be highly regarded 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills
  • Strong focus on delivering a high level of customer service
  • Previous experience with SAP/ Success Factors is highly desirable
