Civmec is delivering major works on the Perth Parks Project a new entertainment and recreation hub being built on the Burswood Peninsula. We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Peggy to help maintain clean, safe and well‑presented site facilities for our workforce and client. 

As a Peggy, you’ll play an essential role in maintaining hygiene, cleanliness and order across site facilities. You’ll support the team by ensuring crib huts, offices, ablutions and shared areas are kept to a high standard, while also assisting with general site duties as required. 

The Role

  • Clean and maintain crib huts, offices and ablution blocks daily 
  • Empty rubbish bins, replace liners and manage waste areas 
  • Clean fridges and ice machines as scheduled 
  • Replenish crib supplies (tea, coffee, consumables) and bathroom items 
  • Liaise with the Project Administrator for ordering stock 
  • Mop floors, clean air‑conditioning filters and wash vehicles as required 
  • Complete Take‑5s, follow safety procedures and wear required PPE 
  • Assist with spotting, yard duties and general labour tasks when needed 
  • Report hazards, incidents or damaged items immediately 
  • Support the team with other duties as directed by management 

About You

To be successful in the role you will possess the following:

  • White Card 
  • C‑Class driver’s licence 
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Peggy in mining or construction 
  • Strong work ethic and a positive, team‑focused attitude 
  • Ability to work independently and maintain high standards
