The Opportunity

Civmec are currently seeking experienced Electrical Supervisors to join our team at the FMG Ironbridge Project on FIFO 2&1 roster.
The Electrical Supervisors is a key member of our project delivery team. You will manage a portion of Project scope and be involved in all aspects of project execution including construction, quality, commercial and management activities. 
For the right candidate, it offers clear career progression to future senior roles within the Civmec business. To aid in this career progression, you will be mentored by some of our senior leaders and have a clear development pathway.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Carry out electrical supervision and work to ensure compliance with company, client and statutory obligations;
  • Interface with other trades to ensure maximum productivity;
  • Procurement of materials required to complete the scopes of work;
  • Organise appropriate resources to complete the works;
  • Provide technical assistance to clients and direct personnel;
  • Monitor and report on work as required;
  • Assist with electrical estimating as required.

About You

  • A strong background in Electrical Maintenance projects within the Resources industry
  • Hold a current WA Electrical licence, Electrical Nominee ticket and Electrical Trade certificate
  • Previous supervision on maintenance/shutdown projects within Australia
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated with the ability to work autonomously and a focus on safety
