Civmec is proud to be delivering the Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical & Instrumentation scopes for Fortescue’s pioneering Green Iron Project, located near Christmas Creek in the Pilbara.
This landmark initiative is central to Fortescue’s strategy to decarbonise steel production using hydrogen—placing our team at the forefront of building a truly sustainable industry.
We are seeking experienced Electrical Supervisors who are ready to take part in this journey.
- 2:1 FIFO roster
- Dayshift and Nightshift roles available
The Role
The responsibilities include:
- Supervise electrical works to meet company, client, and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with other trades and teams to optimise productivity and safety
- Manage crews, resources, and equipment efficiently
- Coordinate with leadership and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery
- Handle reporting, procurement, and planning tasks
- Provide technical support and assist with estimating when required
About You
To be successful in the role you will possess the following:
- A strong background in Electrical Supervision across Construction projects.
- Hold a current WA Electrical Licence and S26 certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A high level of motivation, with the ability to work independently and maintain a strong focus on safety
- Ability to commumnicate with key stakeholders
- Experience working on FMG sites is highly regarded
