Join our dynamic team in the heart of the Pilbara on a 2:1 FIFO roster! We’re searching for a talented SMP Supervisor to lead our projects and make a real impact. 

The Role

You will be:

• Directing the day-to-day work such that the work crews meet the schedule requirements.
• Overseeing the construction and erection of structural, mechanical & piping (SMP) mining components on site.
• Liaising with client representatives regarding technical queries, inspections, project scheduling and coordinating deliveries.
• Conducting or participating in daily pre-starts and toolbox meetings.
• Performing other general duties that may be necessary to suit operational requirements as directed.

About You

To be successful in the role you will possess the following:

• Proven SMP project supervision in similar industry
• White card.
• Tertiary qualifications in mechanical engineering or related trade.
• Strong leadership qualities to inspire and lead your team effectively. 
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills to thrive in our dynamic work environment.
