We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Administrator to join our dynamic Maintenance Team at our Port Hedland Facility. In this role, you will provide critical administrative support to the Port Hedland Operations Team, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across our Pilbara operations.
This is a local position in Port Hedland, and the successful candidate must have their own accommodation.
The Role
- Payroll; daily timesheet entry
- Ordering and procuring site related equipment and materials
- GRN’s and off-hiring of plant and equipment
- Processing of invoices
- First point of contact for visitors, clients, subcontractors coming to the facility
- Prepare manifests and manage deliveries from Perth
- Overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of the housing assets
- Asset register management for office equipment
- Assist with onboarding of new staff/employees
- Office management
- External vehicle management
- Assist the Pilbara manager, Supervision and Operations team with administration tasks when requested
About You
To be successful in the role you will possess the following:
- Previous experience in administration or project controls, ideally within a project or production environment
- Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and cost control tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate to advanced)
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Own accommodation in Port Hedland
