The Role
- Lead and supervise electrical crews across the BWR7 project.
- Coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, testing and commissioning activities.
- Ensure all works are completed safely and in accordance with project specifications and site procedures.
- Monitor daily productivity, manage work fronts and support achievement of project milestones.
- Work closely with engineering, quality, commissioning and operations teams.
- Provide leadership, mentoring and technical guidance to electricians and leading hands
About You
To be successful in the role you will possess the following:
- S26 Certification - Mandatory
- WA Electrical Licence
- BHP Inducted (essential)
- First Aid & CPR
- Arc Flash & Low Volt
- Proven experience supervising SMP works in major construction or heavy industry (highly regarded)
- Experience overseeing piping installation, commissioning and structural/mechanical assembly
- Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills
