The Opportunity
Civmec are currently seeking a Full Time Recruitment Advisor to join our growing team. This role will be based at our Henderson Office
Duties and Responsibilities
- Drafting of advertisements and managing role specific talent pools
- Candidate management through the recruitment process
- Collection and storage of pre-recruitment documentation
- Conducting interviews and reference checks
- Database maintenance including updating of candidate’s progress using the Civmec Recruitment system
- Ongoing communication and engagement with key stakeholders
- Compliance to the business’s recruitment process
- Formal weekly reporting and issue escalation
- Talent pool activities
- Development of role specific sourcing strategies
- Support and manage on boarding activities
About You
Essential
- Experience with bulk Blue Collar recruitment, mobilising 150+ personnel
- Experience working on major projects and shutdowns
- Ability to multi-task
- Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience within a similar role
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with stakeholders at all levels
- Exceptional time management skills coupled with a self-starter attitude
- Microsoft Office Suite basic
Preferred
- Knowledge of industry relevant tickets, licenses and qualifications will be advantageous
- Possess experience with systems and applicant tracking software
