Engineer Civil Project

Civmec are currently seeking experienced Civil Engineers to join our ever growing team, for FIFO & DIDO construction opportunities across various locations in Western Australia. We are currently seeking applications for Junior Engineers, Project Engineers & Senior Engineers for various opportunities within the business.

• Liaise with client representatives regarding technical queries, inspections, project scheduling and coordinating deliveries
• Understand and implement quality control techniques
• Ensure the company's objectives and policies are adhered to
• Preparation and issue of weekly status reports. Provide accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports as directed
• Monitor budgeted, actual and earned man-hours against project schedule and cost codes.
• Monitor costs and expenditure
• Maintain project files and all civil tracking registers, e.g. rebars, concrete, formwork, etc
• Preparation of work schedules and work packs
• Preparation of material requisitions
• Review and approve technical deviation/query requests and maintain TDQR register
• Lead, manage and provide guidance to Junior Civil Engineer(s) and Graduate Civil Engineer(s)

Essential

• Tertiary Qualifications in Civil Engineering
• Strong experience in reinforced concrete
• Driven and ambitious with a desire to play a key role in world class construction projects
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to instill positive attitudes within a team
• Strong attention to detail and a conscientious attitude
• Proficient knowledge in MS Office suite is essential
