Due to a pipeline of current and forecasted works we are seeking an experience NACE qualified Coatings Supervisor at our Tomago Facility, NSW.  

 

The Role

Daily activities will include;

  • Lead safety and control and supervise the completion of painting procedures and specifications for assigned projects.
  • Look after the daily running of the paint facility and track all movements in and out.
  • Provide regular and timely management reporting.
  • Manage planning and scheduling of project works as directed.
  • Assist in quality assurance of all items though the paint facility.
  • Maintain company standards for Quality Assurance purposes.

About You

To be successful in the role you will possess the following:

  • NACE level 2 as a minimum.
  • Well-grounded experience leading paint team production
  • Established Supervisor with former fabrication workshop experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in use of MS Office suite
