This is an exciting new opportunity for an experienced HSE Administrator to become part of our Maintenance Team on a new project. The role will initially be based at our Henderson office for the first month, before transitioning to a 2/1 roster onsite in the Pilbara. The Role
- Accurate and timely data entry into Civmec HSE management system – InControl
- Develop and issue pre-start minutes, toolbox minutes and other HSE communications
- Maintain site registers
- Compile and issue reports to HSE team including Project Manager
- Update HSE noticeboards for currency
- Maintain 100% compliance for document storage and within registers
- Meeting minutes created and distributed within a 24hour period
- Incident reports entered accurately in ‘InControl’ within 24hours
- Perform other general duties that may be necessary to suit operational requirements as directed
- Assist the Operations Team & Project team with administration tasks when requested
About You
To be successful in the role you will possess the following:
- Previous experience in the field of HSE administration ideally in a project /production environment.
- Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety (desirable)
- Microsoft Office Suite intermediate/advanced
- High attention to detail and proven organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced working environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
