This is an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Administrator to become part of our Maintenance Team on a new project. The role will initially be based at our Henderson office for the first month, before transitioning to a 2/1 roster onsite in the Pilbara.
The Role
- Provide administration support to the team, project personnel and operations team.
- Liaise with Payroll Services for the submission of employee timesheets and close out queries as soon as possible.
- Ordering and procuring site related equipment and materials as directed.
- Maintain and update plant and equipment registers.
- Assist with the implementation of project initiatives that would generate cost savings.
- Close out and action GRN’s once receipt of materials has been confirmed.
- Assisting cost controller/planner with formatting and distribution of daily force report, weekly and monthly reports.
- Assist the Operations Team & Project team with administration tasks when requested
- Coordination of project personnel once mobilised to site, this will entail, roster management and escalating employee queries to HR
- Assist recruitment team during manning periods and provide admin assistance when requested and approved by the Operations Support Lead
- Assist HSE with coordination of training for current employee
- Assist in leading the administration team providing support, guidance, and training.
About You
To be successful in the role you will possess the following:
- Previous experience in the field of administration or project controls ideally in a project /production environment.
- Knowledge of the application and establishment of project planning, scheduling and cost control tools
- Microsoft Office Suite intermediate/advanced
- High attention to detail and proven organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced working environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
