Civmec is seeking motivated HSE Administor to join our team in Henderson, WA, supporting a major Defence program delivering state-of-the-art Offshore Patrol Vessels and our Fabrication Workshop. This role plays a key part in ensuring world-class health, safety and environmental standards are upheld throughout the entire project lifecycle. Relocation support is available for successful candidates. 

The Role

 

  • Accurate and timely data entry into Civmec HSE management system – InControl
  • Develop and issue pre-start minutes, tool box minutes and other HSE communications
  • Maintain statistical data for reporting purposes, create slides for meetings
  • Scan hard copy documents and store on applicable facility / project HSE folders
  • Maintain training matrix, records and information 
  • Work with the Facility HSE team on current initiatives and campaigns
  • Assist with the compilation of reports to Facility HSE team, Supervisors and Managers
  • Update HSE noticeboards for currency
  • Meeting minutes created and distributed in a timely manner
  • Perform other general duties that may be necessary to suit operational requirements as directed

About You

To be successful in the role you will possess the following:

Essential

  • 2 years’ generalist administration experience within a project or corporate environment
  • Minimum intermediate level of knowledge across all MS Office Suites
  • 12 months HSE administration experience or greated
  • HSE Database
