By the end, you’ll have multiple high‑value licences and the confidence to step straight into the workforce.

The Role

Across 12 months, you’ll:

  • Learn practical painting and blasting skills in a workshop environment

  • Work closely with supportive mentors and experienced tradespeople

  • Build your skills through structured training and real operational exposure

  • Grow your confidence and discover clear pathways to ongoing employment
