This is a great opportunity to join our Manufacturing and assembly Team and work in the largest fabrication facility of its kind at our Henderson Facility. Working on a variety of complex and high-profile projects, you will gain hands on experience and work within a world class team.

The Role
- Measure and inspect critical journals and bores
- Conduct inspections of bearings and pinions
- Perform quality checks throughout the assembly process
- Fitting of bearings, shafts, and couplings, ensuring correct alignment and clearance using precision instruments.
- Use iPads to manage job progression and documentation
- Contribute to Lean initiatives and workshop efficiency
- Maintain a strong focus on safety and compliance
- Interpreting technical drawings and work instructions for equipment installation,
About You
- Mechanical Trade Certificate - Fitting (essential)
- experience with Process Plants, balanced machines, Structural, Mechanical and Piping works within the Mining industry (highly desired)
- Current C Class Drivers’ Licence
- Experience in bearing installations, pulley installations and alignments
- Team orientated approach to your work while possessing the ability to work independently if required
- Have solid decision-making skills
- Strong measuring skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated strong commitment to safety
- Willingness to learn and grow within a high-performing team
- Must have Current ewp and working at heights - essential
- Experience in flange management
- Flexibility in work scope
