The Opportunity

 

In light of our continued growth, Civmec is currently seeking Expressions of Interest for Painting & Blasting  Apprentices to join our Apprenticeship program.

Based in Henderson, WA, the successful applicants will join a team of professional tradespeople working in our 29,300m2 workshop facility, one of the largest undercover workshops of its kind in Australia.

  • Cert III Engineering – Fabrication Trade (Surface Finishing)
  • Up to 54 hours a week
  • Local and ongoing work
  • Hands on skills and knowledge

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

The Civmec apprenticeship program is focused on developing genuine careers based on industry leading skills, long term employability and high levels of safety and environmental awareness.

During their apprenticeships Civmec apprentices, will receive additional training from Civmec’s own RTO and rotate throughout the business, rotations and training are planned to maximise learning experiences for each apprentice.

  • Possess a genuine desire to learn new skills and achieve a Trade Qualification
  • Be motivated, reliable and committed
  • Demonstrate sound literacy and numeracy skills
