This is a great opportunity to join our Manufacturing and Assembly Team and work in the largest fabrication facility of its kind at our Henderson Facility. Working on a variety of complex and high-profile projects, you will gain hands on experience and work within a world class team.

The Role
- Following safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment
- Safely install and assemble steel structures, including beams, columns, trusses, and other components including mechanical equipmeng
- Working in a highly motivated team enviroment
- Direct cranes and operate overhead cranes
- Complying with all site-specific and company OH&S requirements
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, plans, and specifications
About You
To be successful in the role you will possess the following:
- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, plans, and specifications
- Strong understanding of construction methods, rigging techniques, and safety protocols
- Ability to work at heights and in a physically demanding environment
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Certification in relevant trades, such as Rigging RA ( rigger advanced), EWP , Safe Working at Heigt within 2 years and forklift ticket
- Flexible within work scope
