Civmec is seeking a talented Data Analyst to play a key role in supporting program-wide digital integration, reporting, and automation across a complex defence shipbuilding environment. This is your chance to turn complex data into actionable insights, ensure seamless system integration, and help drive critical decisions across the program.
The Role
- Develop and maintain automated scripts, interfaces, and data pipelines to improve workflow efficiency and data accuracy.
- Design and deliver dashboards and reports that provide insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Understand and document business processes to ensure data solutions align with operational needs.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system integrations, scheduled tasks, and data flows across multiple platforms.
- Support data quality, integrity, and interoperability across the program.
- Contribute to digital strategy development and implement practical interim solutions.
About You
- Degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable data solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scripting, SQL, Python, and data visualization (Power BI, Excel).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Comfortable working in dynamic, complex system environments.
